I keep a physical file of client records for one year, at which point the documents are shredded. I do maintain a Database of clients & score results for each year dating back to 2005. Should you ever misplace your chid’s Score Summary, I can recreate the record and send you a pdf Score Summary for any year, at no additional charge. My Database also helps me stay in touch and send reminders for scheduling. Should you change your email address, phone number, home address or want to change the month in which you test, please send me an email to update my Database.
